Seeking a Part‑time Events & Admin Coordinator

The Opportunity

MS Auckland is seeking a warm, thoughtful, and organised individual to join our team as an Events & Admin Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our events are effective fundraisers, or provide positive community connectedness.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that foster community engagement and support our mission taking full ownership from concept through to implementation.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.
Communication: Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for stakeholders, volunteers, and community members.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and volunteers to achieve organisational goals.
